Release Date: 2003-10-07OpenQuicktime-2.0a1: brand new, cutting edge version of OpenQuicktime. It is still very buggy.
OpenQuicktime-1.0b: This is the original release of OpenQuicktime - it is fairly stable and the API is much like Quicktime4Linux.
Building from CVS
This projects SourceForge.net CVS repository can be checked out through anonymous (pserver) CVS with the following instruction set. When prompted for a password for anonymous, simply press the Enter key.
cvs -d:pserver:anonymous@cvs.sourceforge.net:/cvsroot/openquicktime login
cvs -z3 -d:pserver:anonymous@cvs.sourceforge.net:/cvsroot/openquicktime co OpenQuicktime
Then type the following commands:
./bootstrap./configure
make
Please note that the sources in CVS are likely to be unstable or not work at all on your system.
